What are Google Adwords?
When you go to Google and search on a topic, you will see listings down the left side of the page, with a white background.Google Ads are the listings that appear down the right hand side of the page under "Sponsored Links".
Sometimes there will be a listing at the top of the page which has a blue background. If there is a listing at the top, this website owner is paying more for their Google Ad than anyone else on the right hand side.

How does it work?
As the title suggests, the ads are sponsored, i.e. paid for, so every time someone clicks on those sponsored links,the advertiser will pay a certain amount. The advertiser will determine what amount that is, but the higher the "pay per click" amount, the higher up on the search they will be found. So for example, if I had a tractor sale website, I might want to be found under "cheap tractors". I will then decide how much I am prepared to pay per click. The more I pay, the higher up I will be. The higher up you are on the search, the more clicks you are more likely to get and as a result - hopefully more sales.The amount you pay is completely up to you, but you will be competing with your competitors to get to the top!So if you attempt to get to the top under a popular search term (such as "car insurance") you will have to pay an awful lot - perhaps up to $2 per click!!!

How to choose the Price of your Google Ads:
If you owned a tractor engine website and you know that you make £100 per tractor engine sale and the website tends to convert 1 in 500 visitors, your ads should really not pay more than 20 cents per click, because 500 clicks will cost you $100, but should make $100. Ideally your Pay per Click (PPC) will be around 15 cents or less.

Using Google Ads with Affiliate Marketing:
You will find many e-books and websites promoting how you can make money using Google Adwords. These books will explain how Google Adwords work and then explain how you can use affiliate marketing alongside Google Adwords.
I can sum many of these e-books up quite quickly using the same example...
If the tractor company offers affiliates $50 for every sale they make, then you could simply set up Google ads under key words such as "cheap tractor engines" at 5 cents per click and hope to convert 1 in 500 visitors, if the affiliate pays $50 per sale, then it would cost you $25 for the ads, but you would make $50, so your profit would be $25 profit for simply placing an affiliate ad.
As long as this affiliate relationship continues and the conversion remains constant, then this would create an"automated income stream"for you. You may have heard this term banded all over the place, especially with get rich quick schemes, and this is a true way to generate an automatic income stream. With Google Ads, you don't even need a website to generate
money, but it is likely that to be accepted by a company into their affiliate program - you will need a website!?!?

Google Adwords Summary:
The trick to creating an "automated income stream" is finding a niche in a market.The trick is to find the cheap keywords that no-one else is bidding on, and that will generate sales from your affiliates.Whilst there are lots of e-books providing some good advice - they will never give you this information because if they find a niche marketing opportunity, I really don't you think they'd be publishing it for all to see, do you?

Tips to getting started with Adwords and Affiliate programs:
If you fancy giving this a try to make some money, take a few hours out of your day, sit down with a pen and paper.Start a table by writing along the top a list of your affiliates that you would like to promote and jot below it, the commission that they would pay for each sale.Now visit Overture Keywords Search (This tools shows you how many searches were made last month on keywords)Right down a list of words below the affiliates name that you think people would look for on searches which might not be that popular. It will then show you how many searches were made under those words that you have chosen. Make a note of it.Now go to the Google search page and key in the words you have just looked at.What you should be looking for is a page with none or only 1 or 2 Google ads on the right hand side.It is likely that you will have to repeat this quite a few times before you find one with no or only a couple of ads.
Don’t forget – hundreds, if not thousands of people are already doing this, so you need to think outside the box.

• Avoid common words – there’s little point in looking at “car insurance”, look for niche areas such as “Ford insurance”.

• Look for misspellings, people will clearly bid on “car insurance”, but if someone typed “carinsurance”, this would require a separate bid with Google ads, so look for misspellings – this is a great way to be found on the first page.

• Think differently – if you were looking for a particular item, what other words might you use.When you do find some keywords that relate well to your affiliate and that no-one is bidding on - place your Google ads as cheaply as possible and fingers crossed!

I’m willing to bet that 99% of websites are dedicated to making someone, somewhere, some money.I’m sure if you checked every website you went to, you would find someone somewhere trying to make money from your visit. We'd all love these ads to be true, but sadly most of these turn out to be bogus and not worth the paper they are written on. I’m sure there are legitimate companies out there that will offer you work if you want it, but unfortunately, we never found one and the ones that we did try, all turn out to be bogus and will happily take money off you under false pretenses.

Data Entry Job: Exposed

We applied for a Home Based Data Entry job and forked out $50 for so-called "training materials".These "training materials" were sent by email automatically and it was a simple guide showing us how to place free ads online which were exactly like the one we had responded to - this is the so-called "Data Entry". The people that then responded to my ads, would pay me $50 for the same "training materials" that I had received and they would then be doing the same job as me. If you look at some Free Job sites, you will probably find hundreds of these on there - because the majority have fallen foul of this con and are just trying to get their money back from some other poor person.

Get paid to send and receive envelopes/emails: Exposed

The job ad said we would be paid for sending and receiving envelopes. Up to $10 for each envelope sent/received. We applied for this one because the start up pack costs $100, so we thought the content must be quality. We did receive a pack in the post, but was bitterly disappointed to receive an envelope containing adverts for the same job we had applied for. The job asked us to promote through various methods the same job that we applied for and the $10 would be from paid by them for responses we sent to them. This is a lot like the Data Entry position, but this time much worse – as you only get 10% of the money the other company earned. Needless to say, I complained and tried to get my money back, but with no joy!

Get Paid to Complete Surveys: Exposed

We looked at this one and to be honest, there is no scam involved, but the promises of earning $50/hr etc fall very short of the mark. I have completed around about 25 surveys, my emails are now bombarded by companies marketing their products and I have only ever received $20. If you have some spare time, why not, but $50 per hour - please!!!

Earn $200,000 in 12 months!

Once again, should you be skeptical? Absolutely!

If you type in “Make Money on Google”, you will find a host of these companies promising you the world.In a number of cases they will baffle you with lots of jargon and tell you that you can create an automated income stream and that you can earn thousands a week. Strangely enough though, you have to buy something off them first - guess what? In most cases it’s an e book!We have looked at a few of these Get Rich Quick plans and in our experiences, whilst they do offer some good advice, they don't really give you enough information to earn the millions that they claim, but they do generally point towards you buying more e books or spending more money on other pieces of software, which they have an affiliation with.Don't get me wrong, the content in many of these e books is pretty good and you can learn quite a bit, and another great thing is that they do tend to offer you money back guarantees, but don’t be fooled by their devilish claims – it’s highly unlikely that you will earn $200,000 in 12 months.My recommendation to 99% of people would be to give them all a miss!

Summary

The underlying theme for most of these sites is to help you part with your money.Remember, a lot of these websites are being advertised on the first page as sponsored ads, which means that they are paying to be on there. Common sense tells you that if they are paying to be found there – then they must be making money from visitors – i.e. YOU!

• Do yourself a favor – don’t waste your money on joining money making schemes!

Just because someone shows you pictures of money, nice cars, flash houses, it doesn’t mean to say that any of that will come true for you. If I show you lots of pictures of money – do you really think that makes any difference – they’re just conning you with their marketing gimmicks.

(2) Content: This is by far the toughest part.Definitely very time consuming, but there are a lot of free articles which are available for free.Make sure that your article contains the right keyword and you can also add the website catch phrase at the bottom of every article.There are a lot of people in various fields who are in need of good content and they would start revisiting your website if they find interesting information,and information is definitely not subjective to any particular topic.Your content could be about anything.This is a very effective way to get one-way back links to your website.
